Killing Vietnamese on the field of battle is very dangerous work, however it is very rewarding work, especially when you can see NVA lit up like roman candles, burning and running until they fall down. They burn and leave greassy spots on the ground filthy commie bastards. I never knew what horror was until I saw it in the eyes of a flaming NVA soldier, just before his eyes popped from the heat that is, very rewarding experience.

take a look at russia – they now have the biggest non-nuclear and nuclear bombs available, i think to be honest with no offence the americans tend to over look other super powers and think “they” are the only big ones, not true – at all!

as for medical care i dont know, never experienced american medical care but i am just glad its FREE here in england

You are technically correct. We withdrew, deciding (leaders forced by popular opinion and student revolts) that it was not worth fighting there any longer, but knowing that an undermanned ARVN would be overwhelmed by the North, who attacked and conquered after Americans withdrew,. But our objective of containment was not met, so may be more accurate to say that we were unsuccessful.
